Spring is coming

Living in South Australia, is living in wine country. In a restaurant you don't say you want a chardonnay from Chile, no, you name that little winery in the Hills, McLaren Valley, Clare, Barossa or one of the other wine regions, that you really love and ask for that particular one.
Most of these wine regions are within an hour from Adelaide. It makes a great and very popular day out to visit some of those wineries, try some different wines, have some good food, lots of fun with your friends, enjoy the nice views and buy your favorite wine straight from the little winery's cellar door. It's a hard life over here in Australia!
So, that's what we did yesterday. Claudia, Emke and me spent a great day in the Barossa Valley, lots of wine, lots of fun. Bean, Celine, Marije, Jamila, Jon and Sylvie; thank you so much (also from Claudia), we had a great time and, of course, we drank some wine on you guys (no spitting, but that goes without saying really)!
