Girl's camping weekend

During the last 6 months or so I made several trips in Australia; plenty of photo material from all these trips waiting to be uploaded....

I'll start with some photos from our girl's camping weekend. It was in October, we had a long weekend for some reason (labour day?) and decided to go camping on the southern tip of the Yorke Peninsula, which is a few hours driving out of Adelaide. 6 girls, 2 cars and 3 tents...

We arrived in stormy weather but succeeded to secure our tents for the whole weekend. Later in the weekend the sun came out and spring arrived! We even dared to take a few dips in the cold ocean!
It was a beautiful campsite in the National Park. Kangaroo's and emu's on the campsite, dolphins in the ocean and lizards and snakes on the hiking trails! Campfires and marshmallows in the evening, a glass of wine and a beer... the proper Australian life!
